Now he’s passing the favor along to the performers coming up at Cafe Arpeggio.

They are a diverse and eclectic group. There are “living-room pickers,” touring professionals, students, old-timers, terrified neophytes making their first public appearances — and even a 6-year-old guitarist named Thatcher Harrison, who blew the room away last Thursday with his rendition of “Folsom Prison Blues.”
